PURPOSE:
- To fill and seal products in lami, aluminium and plastic coextruded tubes.
PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE FILLED:
- Creams, Lotions, Gels, Ointments, Tooth Pastes, Adhesives, Food Products, Industrial grease etc.,
SALIENT FEATURES
- All the product contact parts with the product are made of SS316 and easily removable for sanitization process.
- Driven by Ferguson indexer
- No-Tube No fill system
- Suck back and positive cut off mechanism for rat tail cutoff
- Hot air sealing unit and pressing station with double side coding provision
- Over Load clutch and Reverse Lock provision for machinery safety
- The machine is fitted with position stopper.
- The design of the machine ensures quick change over system.
- Filling accuracy: +/-0.5% filling accuracy.
- The machine is fully controlled through PLC
