Tooth Paste and Cream Mixers
- To manufacture bulk required for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic applications
- Creams, Lotions, Gels, Ointments, Medicinal products, tooth paste etc., can be manufactured using this facility.

COMPLETE CREAM MIXING PLANT : The following are the line of equipments required for the cream manufacturing facility
- Main mixing vessel with Vacuum provision and inline homogenizer
- Oil phase vessel
- Water Phase vessel
- Storage Tanks / Storage Trolleys
- Electrical control panel
- Working platforms
- Vacuum pump and lobe pump for product transfers
MAIN MIXING VESSEL:
All material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer specification
- Main mixer stirrer type ( Semi contra / Contra / Gate ) depends upon product requirement
Stirrer for the Main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for the process. Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier (upto 2800 rpm). All the vessels are jacketed & insulated. Process is controlled through Temperature controller provided in the jacket and the vessels Agitators are provided with variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed (Optional) Material transfer is through vacuum facility Suitable filtration system is provided in transfer lines
- The plant is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compatible
- CIP with spray ball is provided as an optional accessory
- The vessel will be jacketed for steam and cold water circulation made up of SS304 and the jacket is insulated with mineral wool and cladded with SS 304,
- The jacket is provided with 2 nos 40 BSP sockets for inlet and outlet
- .The vessel is supported by 3 nos of leg along with the load cell mounting
Top Dish The top dish supports the agitation assembly which comprises of the following provisions
- 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass / 25 mm Wax phase inlet / 25 mm Water phase inlet
- 40 mm dia vacuum nozzle with Safety valve, gauge and vent filter
- 25 mm dia Nitrogen Gas supply nozzle
- 50 mm dia Circulation nozzle
- 50 mm dia Butterfly discharge valve
- 10 mm dia Temperature Sensor
Oil phase and Water phase vessel
- Product contact points: SS 316 L , Class 4 B ( mirror finish )
- The vessel is jacketed for steam and cold water circulation made up of SS304.
- Jacket is insulated with mineral wool and cladded with SS 304 2 mm sheet.
- The jacket is provided with 2 nos 40 BSP sockets for inlet and outlet
- Vessel is supported by 3 nos of leg along with the load cell mounting
- The top dish supports the propeller type agitation assembly with a speed drive of capacity 3 hp flame proof motor ( 400 to 960 rpm )
- The vessel is provided with the option of schowls disc or gate type stirrer also
- 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass with Safety valve, gauge and vent filter
- 10 mm dia Temperature Sensor
Electrical Control Panel:
- The electrical control panel houses the complete controls for the cream plant
- The motors of the main vessel and phase vessel will have variable frequency drive
- The panel is fitted with calibrated RPM indicators.
- Digital temperature indicators are provided for the jacket and the inner vessels to measure the temperature in the jacket and the product
- MMI control panels are provided as an optional accessory for fully automatic plants working on Load Cell and SCADA controls
Product Piping
- Oil phase vessel to manufacturing vessel through 100 mesh size filter
- Manufacturing vessel to the transfer pump
- From transfer pump to manufacturing vessel through recirculation line back to the vessel for effective mixing
- Product transfer line from storage vessel to filling machine through lobe pump will be provided
Working platform:
- The working platform is made of SS dimpled plate and railing is provided with steps from one side
- Approximate Size of the platform will be 2900mm x 900 mm x 900 mm.
Vacuum Pump: The system will be supplied with a water ring vacuum pump of suitable capacity as an optional accessory General Specifications:
- The total plant will be made in a state of the art manner confirming to GMP
- Electrical material will comply to the safety norms with the conformity certificate from the supplier
- Complete catalogue covering the supplied material, operational instructions, maintenance manual, spare parts list will be provided
- List of documents for DQ / IQ / OQ will be provided
- Test certificates will be submitted for SS 316 L and contact points
- Hydro test certificates will be enclosed along with the documents
- We will provide complete drawing and guidelines upon receipt of order
TROLLEY MOUNTED STIRRER:
- Trolley Mounted Stirrer is used for stirring liquids kept in movable trolleys.
- The trolley mounted stirrer is fitted on a tripod stand fitted with wheels for movement
- Stirrer is kept in an inclined fashion which is adjustable and tiltable
- Flame proof motor of 3 hp is provided with 360 rpm final drive to stir with propeller type stirrer or scowlâââ‰â¢s disc.
- Teflon Coated Stirrer helps in the mixing of Acids.
