Precision Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blenders are widely used for powder blending applications.
The requirement of ribbon blender is found in most of the industries ranging from Pharma,foods, cosmetics, chemicals etc.,
The blender is constructed with trough made of SS / MS material
Ribbon profiles of different types are provided in the main shaft to provide thorough mixing
Design of ribbon profiles depends upon the product requirements
Forward and reverse helix continuous ribbons provide criss cross flow of material resulting in thorough m
Split ribbons of front and reverse sweeps provide gentle mixing. The power consumption in this case will be relatively lesser
Top of the blender will be covered with SS sheets or Polycarbonate windows
End seals are glanded or mechanically sealed
Bottom discharge is made of knife edge gate valves or Shutters or ball valves based on the product requirement
The discharge may be directly connected with screw conveyors for further applications like filling or grinding.
