Case Packing Machine The case packing machine is designed for packing products inside Master Cartons / Cases / CLDs / CBPs/ CFC etc
Depending upon the product nature, packing material and the packing matrix, different models of auto case packer are designed by ASPRO.
SALIENT FEATURES:
- The machine works on the principle of pick and place method using vacuum suction cups
- The product from the final conveyor is fed to the matrix table
- Matrix is formed with the set sequence
- One row at a time is picked and placed inside the CBPs
- The Carton is delivered for taping automatically
- Quick change over time
COMMON FEATURES FOR CASE PACKER:
- Safety covers using polycarbonate windows and limit switch interlocks
- Fully PLC controlled with user friendly features
- Very simple to operate
- All the pneumatic components are of FESTO / SMC make
- The machines are capable to handle a product speed ranging from 250 pcs per minute to 500 pcs per minute. The speed depends upon the matrix size and the product nature
- Carton speed up to 12 pcs per minute
