Salient Features
- The
line of equipments would involve sigma mixer, noodler, vacuum plodder,
triple roll mill, cutting machines, stamping machines and wrapping
machines.
- Range of mixing capacity: 25kgs., 50kgs., 100kgs., 250kgs., 500kgs and 1000kgs.
- Capacity per hour: 50kgs., 100kgs., 250kgs., 500kgs., 1000kgs and 4000 kgs.
- Sigma
mixers are specially designed with Z arms which provides effective
mixing and dough formation. Z arms would rotate in a ratio of 1:1.5.
- Fully
stainless steel, partly stainless steel and mild steel constructions
would be made as per customer requirements.
- The worms and Z arms are designed exclusively and moulded with our standard patterns.
- We also provide complete automation for the process of manufacture of detergent bars, powders & toilet soaps.
