High Speed Shrink Tunnel
Purpose
To
automatically collate and shrink PVC, LD, Poly olefin films etc to the
shape of the containers / cartons / bundles / master cartons.

Salient Features
Fully automatic sleeving machine:
- The machine contains customised product in feed and collating system.
- Fully automatic film feeding system.
- Sealing through improved Teflon sealers.
- Automatic system for product in feed to hot sink air tunnel.
- The machine would be fully controlled through PLC
- All pneumatic components would be of FESTO / SMC make.
Hot air sink tunnel:
- Heating chamber comprises of tested heaters and suitable insulations.
- The size of the tunnel would be provided as per the customer requirements.
- The conveyor speed could be varied through suitable AC Variable frequency drive.
- The tunnel temperature would go up to 450 degree C.
- The conveyor could be of chain drive or heat resistant belts.
