Purpose
Bulk manufacturing facility for Pharma and cosmetic products

Lotions, Gels, Ointments, Toothpastes, Soaps, Shampoo, Face Wash,
Syrups, Medical Preparations, Food Products, Hair Oils, etc.,
Salient Features
- All material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer specification.
- Main mixer would be of becomix type, gate type or contra rotary type stirrer depending upon product requirement.
- Anchor
for the Main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable
Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for process.
- Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier (upto 2800 rpm).
- All the vessels would be jacketed & insulated.
- Process shall be controlled through Temperature controller provided for the jacket and the vessels.
- Agitators would be provided with variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed requirement. (Optional)
- Material transfer would be through vacuum transfer lines enabling no manual handling.
- Suitable filtration system is provided in transfer lines.
- The plant is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compatible.
- Required nozzles are provided in the vessel and jackets for vacuum, steam, cooling & chilling water application.
- Vessel is provided with safety valves & vacuum gauge.
