Salient Features
- Material contact points are made up of SS316 / SS304 as per customer needs.
- Main mixer would be of gate type or contra rotary type.
- Anchor
for the main mixer and high speed emulsifier are provided with suitable
Mechanical seal to ensure adequate vacuum for the process.
- Facilitated with bottom mounted inline high speed emulsifier.
- All vessels are jacketed & insulated.
- Online digital temperature measurement for the product and jacket of all the vessels.
- Agitators would be provided with variable frequency drive to facilitate desired mixing speed requirement. (Optional)
- Material transfer by vacuum. No manual handling.
- Suitable filtration system would be provided in transfer lines.
- The plant is GMP compatible.
- The
Pilot Plant delivers 99.5% process accuracy which would be helpful
during process validation and scaling up for regular production.
- Working platform is provided as an optional attachment.
- Required nozzles are provided in the vessel and jackets for vacuum, steam, cooling & chilling water application.
- Pre dispatch pressure test ensures vessel safety and statutory compliance.
- Vessel is provided with safety valves, vacuum gauge etc.
Pilot Plant for Soaps and Detergents
We
also provide pilot plant for Toilet Soap, Detergent Bar and Powder
etc., through the following setup comprising of Sigma mixer, triple
roll mill, plodder, cutting and stamping machine.
